Idea
No te contengas (Don’t hold back) is the central message of this regional campaign developed together with Kimberly-Clark for Plenitud. It stems from an everyday yet rarely discussed tension: millions of women live with bladder leaks, but what weighs most is not the symptom itself—it’s everything they stop doing to avoid it. In that common gesture of crossing one’s legs, we found an idea: holding back isn’t just physical, it’s also about limiting yourself.
From Plenitud, we reframe this habit to encourage the opposite. With a proposal that combines high absorbency and real protection, the brand positions itself as an enabler of something much bigger: the freedom to live without fear.
With audiovisual production by Metanoia, we developed a campaign that, through a fresh and approachable tone, shifts the conversation from taboo to enjoyment. Because when you feel protected, there’s nothing that should hold you back. #NoTeContengas
